The Mandalorian

"When one chooses to walk the Way of the Mandalore, you are both hunter and prey. How can one be a coward if one chooses this way of life?"
― A Mandalorian armorer

The Mandalorian is a live-action Star Wars television series developed by Lucasfilm. The series takes place about five years after the events of Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi. IMO the best live action production after Rogue One since the original Trilogy. Soon some very decent sculpts were available, I chose Jordan’s and was - as always - not disappointed.

The Armorer

"The Armorer" was a female Mandalorian Armorer from Mandalore who led the Tribe during the New Republic Era. Following the Galactic Empire's Great Purge of Mandalore, she resided with the Tribe in a covert on the planet Nevarro, where she forged armor and weapons for her fellow Mandalorians. Around 9 ABY, she forged a new set of armor for the Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin using the beskar he provided. During this time, she stopped an altercation between Djarin and another member of the Tribe, Paz Vizsla, when she reminded them of the way of life they were supposed to follow.

"As far as I'm concerned, if you can make it through your day and still sleep at night, you're doin' better than most."
―Migs Mayfeld to Din Djarin

Migs Mayfeld was a human male mercenary who was a former sharpshooter in the Imperial Army. During the time of the New Republic, Mayfeld was recruited by the criminal Ranzar Malk to lead a team to rescue the prisoner Qin from Bothan-5, a New Republic Correctional Transport. Malk, Mayfeld, and the team intended to betray the Mandalorian Din Djarin, who had also been hired for use of his ship, the Razor Crest.

During the mission, Mayfeld led the team aboard the prison ship and entered the control room, encountering a New Republic soldier named Lant Davan at the controls. After Davan was killed, the team reached Qin's cell, before they betrayed Djarin by trapping him in the cell. However, Mayfeld and his allies were defeated by Djarin after he escaped the cell, proceeding to deliver Qin to Malk alone. Mayfeld was later sentenced to 50 years of service at the Karthon Chop Fields for his involvement in the mission. Djarin later sought him out for assistance in tracking down Moff Gideon's ship, a mission which took them to an Imperial remnant refinery on Morak. While there, Mayfeld killed his former superior Valin Hess and caused heavy damage to a substantial section of the refinery. He was subsequently set free by New Republic Marshal Cara Dune.

Cobb Vanth

Cobb Vanth, also known as "the Marshal," was a human male who lived during the Galactic Civil War and subsequent New Republic Era. Once a slave, he rose to become a sheriff of Mos Pelgo on the planet Tatooine. He despised the Red Key Raiders, a syndicate attempting to establish itself on the planet. Immediately following the Battle of Endor, Vanth fled into the desert following Mos Pelgo's takeover by the Mining Collective, he encountered some Jawas and traded a camtono of silicax oxalate crystals for a set of Mandalorian armor.

Bo-Katan Kryze

Bo-Katan Kryze was a Mandalorian human female who was the leader of the Nite Owls and a lieutenant in Death Watch, a terrorist group, and later during the Imperial Era, became Mand'alor. During the Clone Wars, Kryze's sister, Satine, ruled as the Duchess of Mandalore, and Kryze sought to undo her pacifistic teachings, believing that Mandalore should take pride in its martial history. After Governor Pre Vizsla of Concordia was publicly exposed as the leader of Death Watch, the splinter group was exiled from the Mandalore system. In 19 BBY, Kryze and Vizsla discovered the Sith Lords Maul and Savage Opress. With the Sith, they plotted to reclaim Mandalore, and through Maul's planning, united several criminal syndicates to form the Shadow Collective. Launching a takeover of Mandalore, Satine's rule was overthrown, and Vizsla took control of the planet.

”Frog Lady!

"These eggs are the last brood of my life cycle. My husband has risked his life to carve out an existence for us on the only planet that is hospitable to our species. We fought too hard and suffered too much to resign ourselves to the extinction of our family line. I must demand that you hold true to the deal that you agreed to." ―Frog Lady, to Din Djarin

Frog Lady talked to Peli Motto about getting an escort from the planet Tatooine to the estuary moon of Trask because she had eggs that needed to be fertilized by her husband. Peli enlisted Mandalorian Din Djarin to escort her. Djarin helped but asked for information regarding other Mandalorians seen on Trask. Frog Lady was an excellent shot wielding a Shard-3A holdout cluster blaster and a skilled droidsmith.

Boba Fett

"She was left for dead on the sands of Tatooine, as was I. But fate sometimes steps in to rescue the wretched." - Boba Fett, on his and Fennec Shand's survival

Fett survived his fall into the sarlacc, though he was separated from his armor, which was found by Jawas and later acquired by the Tatooinian sheriff Cobb Vanth. At some point Fett acquired a gaderffii stick and cycler rifle. Though a number of rumors about his fate circulated, Fett was presumed dead due to his fall into the sarlacc pit.

Fennec Shand

"Fennec Shand is an elite mercenary. She made her name killing for all the top crime syndicates, including the Hutts. If you go after her, you won't make it past sunrise." ―Din Djarin warns Toro Calican of Fennec Shand's reputation
Fennec Shand was a human female assassin, mercenary, and bounty hunter who worked for many of the top crime syndicates.

Black Krrsantan

Krrsantan, also known as Black Krrsantan, and nicknamed "Santy," "BK," and "Black K" by Doctor Aphra and "Santo" by Garsa Fwip and Boba Fett, was a male Wookiee bounty hunter whose career spanned from during the rule of the Galactic Empire into the era of the New Republic. Originally escaping his homeworld Kashyyyk and trained by the infamous Xonti Brothers as a gladiator, Krrsantan later became a ferocious bounty hunter. He was regularly hired by the crime lord Jabba the Hutt.

Following the death of Jabba and the end of the war, Krrsantan was employed by that late Hutt's cousins, brother and sister crime lords known as the Twins. Their cousin's criminal empire had been taken over by the former bounty hunter Boba Fett, and the Hutts sought Krrsantan's services in wresting control away from the self-appointed Daimyo. Krrsantan attempted to assassinate Fett, but was captured by his forces. Shortly after, the Twins promised to leave Tatooine, and Krrsantan was eventually employed by Boba Fett. A part of Fett's forces, he participated in a battle against the Pyke Syndicate, which resulted in the Fett gotra's victory.

Moff Gideon

"Long live the Empire." - Moff Gideon

Moff Gideon was a human male who served as an officer in the Imperial Security Bureau, a law enforcement and intelligence agency of the Galactic Empire. By around 9 ABY, he had acquired the legendary Mandalorian weapon known as the Darksaber, and risen to the position of moff leading a remnant of the Empire.
He was an officer in the Imperial Security Bureau of the Galactic Empire. During the Imperial Era, he took part in the Great Purge of the Mandalorians. In the aftermath of the fall of Mandalore, Gideon came into possession of the Darksaber, the legendary weapon and significant symbol of House Vizsla that had previously been used by Lady Bo-Katan Kryze as leader of the Mandalorians. Having lost the ancient lightsaber, Kryze hunted Gideon in the hope of regaining the symbol of Mandalorian leadership.

"It is good to restore the natural order of things after a period of such disarray, don't you agree?" ―The Client to Din Djarin
"The Client" was a human male who was associated with a remnant of the Galactic Empire after its collapse, residing within a facility on Nevarro. In around 9 ABY, he and the scientist Doctor Pershing hired many bounty hunters to recover a child named Grogu for them from the planet Arvala-7. Grogu was finally brought to him by the bounty hunter Din Djarin, and was paid accordingly. However, Grogu was later rescued from the facility by the bounty hunter. After pressuring the Bounty Hunters' Guild, Greef Karga, a Guild agent, worked with former rebel Carasynthia Dune and brought Djarin to him in a cantina, though this was merely part of their plot to kill the Client. The Client then attended a call from his superior, Moff Gideon, and was immediately killed when the Moff's forces opened fire on the cantina.
